The mission of Kosovo Railway Infrastructure “INFRAKOS” J.S.C. is to operate the railway network of Kosovo, to develop and maintain the railway lines for operation based on European Union standards.
Our aim is to provide a competitive, sustainable and successful railway network in accordance with the needs of Kosovo’s society and economy and beyond, while meeting safety, environmental and economic requirements.

We aim to modernize Kosovo Railway Infrastructure “INFRAKOS” J.S.C. and make it highly attractive for the services we provide, based on European Union standards.
To be a leader in providing railway lines and other infrastructure services to all railway transport operators, both domestically and internationally, in an equal, transparent and non-discriminatory manner.
