INFRAKOS J.S.C supports students in researching and preserving railway heritage

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement with the University of Pristina, INFRAKOS Sh.A. provides opportunities for master’s level students from the Faculty of Architecture to develop professional practice and research activities at railway stations and facilities with architectural and cultural heritage values.

During October 2026, the students conducted their first field visit along the Drenas–Pejë railway line, marking the beginning of an academic project that will unfold over two semesters in the 2026/2027 academic year.

Through research, documentation, and analysis of railway stations, this project aims to contribute to the identification, recording, and preservation of Kosovo’s railway heritage values.

INFRAKOS Sh.A. remains committed to strengthening collaboration with academic institutions, offering students opportunities for practical experience and field research, as well as supporting efforts to preserve and promote our cultural heritage.
