P.K. Infrakos J.S.C. Takes Full Management of Assets in the North

The Public Enterprise “Infrakos” J.S.C. informs the public that it has assumed full management of all its facilities and properties in the northern part of the country, which until now had been illegally occupied by Serbian parallel structures.

Today, signs and information boards were installed at the railway stations in Zveçan, Leposaviq, Leshak, as well as at the station in Sllatinë.

This action was carried out with the support of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti; the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. Xhelal Sveçla; the Minister of Economy, Ms. Artane Rizvanolli; the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Mr. Dimal Basha; as well as the Kosovo Police.

The Public Enterprise “Infrakos” J.S.C. expresses its highest appreciation for their unwavering support and institutional engagement, which enabled the full exercise of legal authority over these state-owned assets.

With this action, Infrakos J.S.C. is accelerating the process for the development of the detailed project and the full operationalization of the railway in this area.

This segment is part of Railway Corridor X, which passes through North Macedonia and serves as a strategic route connecting our railway network with international railway networks.

Currently, Infrakos J.S.C. is leading an accelerated development of critical infrastructure throughout the country. This major strategic project will directly contribute to Kosovo’s strong economic development by increasing trade capacities, facilitating the movement of goods, and integrating our country into the main European railway corridors.
